Refund Policy

14-day refund window

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your original purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you can request a refund of the most recent charge within 14 days.

How to request a refund

All refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Open the relevant transaction and submit a refund request.
  3. Or email us at hello@aoservices.ai and we will help you process the request through Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Renewals

Subscription renewals beyond the initial 14-day window are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time through Paddle's customer portal — your access will continue until the end of the current paid period and the subscription will not renew.

Exceptions

Refund requests outside the 14-day window will be assessed individually, including in cases of duplicate charges, undelivered services, or material defects. Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
